Great location for visiting the dunes, beaches, wineries, beach towns. The kitchen and living room are both big enough to accommodate large groups. Comfortable furniture in good shape. Nice showers. Enjoyed the fire pit and large porch. Space was very clean on arrival.Areas for improvement: We found mouse droppings in several of the kitchen cupboards and the rental company (Vacasa) locally never called us back when we inquired about it. One of the large pots had a burn through the enamel so we were down to one large pot when cooking. Would enjoy having more than 4 coffee mugs in the morning for a big group (though there were small tea cups). Some of the dishes from previous renters had been put back into the cupboards dirty.
