The condo is nestled high in the trees providing a magnificent view of Lake Michigan, Sleeping Bear Dunes and South Manitou Island. It's an ever-changing panorama of sun and inland sea, of swooping gulls and fledgling eagles. The condo itself is lovely and very comfortable and has all the amenities you'd want. Aug 18, 2024 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### Worst stay ever Cockroaches, broken plumbing and WiFi, dirty as hell, trash left in cans from last renters, stained sheets, zero transparency, mold stains, etc. we all became sick from the unsanitary conditions and had to sleep in the car before VRBO came to our rescue and put us up in a traverse city hotel once I shared pics and AI generated responses from the host and Vacasa. Don’t let the pretty decor and views fool you. Do not rent any property managed by Vacasa, and make sure to do your homework first. They are a company who are down 10% in revenue due to unhappy hosts and renters. We met two other families in our building who rented Vacasa properties, with the same complaints. ##### Sarah S.
