Pretty much as described. We had two adults and one 9 year old. More than 4 people would be snug. Glad to have two full bathrooms -they were small but very usable. The kitchen is tight, but works. The blue plates need some strategic placement to get them loaded so that they can fit and have the "spinner" actually be able to spin in the dishwasher. Washer and dryer were a bonus. The outside dining table sealed the deal as we had several meals out there. The views of Lake Michigan and the islands are unbeatable. We literally walked out the front door and were on the sandy beach. We utilized the fire pit- getting the permit was easy. You can walk forever on the beach as well.
