The property is situated in the 'place to be' Finnieston. With its location being mid-way between the city centre and the popular west end, Finnieston is the ideal location for guests. To top it off, the country's number one concert venue is within sight of the property and only a couple of minutes walk away.

Entrance to the communal areas of the property is secure and accessed only via electronic fob.
Access to the second floor apartment can be accessed via a carpeted stairway area or a lift, with the apartment itself having a double lock (key) entry system.
The property has 1 Bedroom with a double bed, as well as a 3-seater sofa (double) bed and a single seat chair bed in the living room (all bedding provided).
The bedroom has exceptional storage space with a double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside drawers in addition to storage under the 'ottoman' double bed frame. Additional storage space for guests can also be found in the hallway cupboard.
The property has 1 fully fitted bathroom and is modern in design and décor.
The living area has a 42" TV with freeview and TalkTalk's 'You View' for guests to use.
The kitchen area has a breakfast bar and is well equipped with all items a guest could expect (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, iron, microwave, oven, electric hob) but there are also additions such as a Tassimo machine and a popcorn maker!

Guests will have full access to the apartment, communal areas, and private outdoor terrace space.

There is on street parking available to the rear side of the property, located 40-50 meters from the property front entrance via a direct footpath. This parking is free after 6pm and before 8am and all day on Sunday.
Additionally, guests can park at the nearby (150 metres) Hilton Garden Tree Hotel for £5 for 24 hours. There are also various multi-storey car parks within 1-2 minutes walk due to the location of the SSE Hydro and SECC to the property (example costs are £8 for 12 hours at the SSE Hydro multi storey car park).

The nearest train stations to the property are The Exhibition Centre and Anderston (2 minutes journey from Glasgow Central).
The M8 motorway is less than 2 minutes from the property, with the M74 and M80 both within 5 minutes.
There are excellent bus links close to the apartment also should guests choose this method to move around within the city.

As a host living locally, I will be available to speak with and meet with guests should they experience problems and/or have questions regarding the apartment or any of the local attractions.

There is free Internet and WIFI available for guests, with the Network Name and Wireless Password detailed within the guest book provided upon arrival.

WASHING MACHINE If you wish to wash your clothes during your stay, you are free to use the washing machine located in the kitchen area. Guidance is specified on the washing machine itself, and washing capsules can be located in the cupboard beneath the kitchen sink. DISHWASHER It would be helpful to me if you could wash plates, dishes, cutlery, cups, glasses etc. during your stay. Please feel free to use the dishwasher located in the kitchen area. Guidance is specified within the dishwasher itself, and washing capsules can be located in the cupboard beneath the kitchen sink. OVEN & HOB The oven & hob is standard household equipment and should be used as you would in your own home. TASSIMO Instructions can be found within the guest booklet provided upon arrival. POPCORN Instructions can be found within the guest booklet provided upon arrival. TV There is a ‘YouView’ box in the apartment which has lots of great free TV channels, catch up and on demand, available to guests. YouView has an extraordinary scroll back guide. But that’s just the beginning. With catch up, on demand and search you’ll always find something to match your mood. The seven day scroll back guide brings together catch up TV from across BBC iPlayer, the ITV Hub, All 4 and Demand 5. Simply scroll back through the guide and choose from a great selection of programmes. Catch up TV where it should be, on your TV. A perfect few days
We travelled to Glasgow for a family wedding and stayed for 3 nights in this lovely apartment. Great location, spotlessly clean, all the home comforts you could want and a very reasonable price. Matthew our host was great. Very welcoming then left us to it (whilst being on hand if we needed him). We would definitely use this place again on future trips.

A great place for a short stay!
Everything went well, overall the apartment was clean, and Matthew is an amazing host and ready to offer possible site to see. However, I think some thing should be done with the sofa/sleeper. It's hard on 42 year old back. It was quite uncomfortable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Look forward to see you soon, but not that couch! Take care, Yvonne

Lovely Apartment
Lovely apartment and really handy location. Easy walking distance to Glasgow City Centre or short taxi journey reasonably priced. The apartment itself is smart & clean and we’d book again.

Short but sweet
Great location given our short stay. Close to the river, hop on/hop off bus route as well as great restaurants! Unit was as promised and was well stocked for our short stay Thanks to Matthew for a seamless check in
