All the instructions were via video but link from app didn’t work. Water heater made terrible noise when you turned on the hot water. The shower was just a hand held so you couldn’t stand under the running water as the showerhead holder was loose. No welcome pack - ie instructions, tea bags, coffee etc (perhaps I have been spoiled when staying at other places). It was clean, the bed’s comfortable, kitchen appliances good, but I wouldn’t call it stunning. ##### Maxine F.
