This beautifully presented flat offers a bright and welcoming living room, complete with a comfortable sofa, charming fireplace, and a Smart TV—perfect for cosy evenings in. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for cooking during your stay, from cookware to appliances, with a dining area for relaxed meals at home.



There are two spacious bedrooms: one featuring a luxurious super king-size bed for ultimate comfort, and the other with two single beds, ideal for children, friends, or additional guests. The stylish bathroom includes contemporary fittings and a full-size bathtub with shower.



Each room is generously sized, filled with natural light, and thoughtfully decorated to create a warm, inviting environment. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, we’re confident you’ll feel right at home.

If the weather is kind, take a stroll to the nearby Kelvingrove Park or Glasgow Botanic Gardens. Kelvingrove Park offers expansive green spaces, tree-lined paths, and stunning views of the River Kelvin and the historic University of Glasgow campus—perfect for a scenic walk or a relaxing picnic. Other Things to Note:

We can arrange rental of a high chair and travel cot upon request during your stay.



Please note, check-in is not available on 25th December and 1st January.



For insurance reasons, the lead guest must be over 25 years old, and ID verification is required for all bookings.
