The building has been completely modernised and hosts a range of modern residential apartments with commercial offices below. The apartment was clean, roomy and the building was quiet. There is a lot of natural light and the sun warmed the apartment nicely. The owner met us on time and gave us a great overview of the apartment and its amenities. We were an easy walking distance to George Square, Merchant City and even the meeting point for a Rabbies Tour that we had booked. There are many good restaurants a five minute walking distance and the train station is less than a 10 minute walk. Jul 25, 2018 #### Great Location and Space This was a very nice 2 bedroom rental near the Merchant City area. Right in the middle of many restaurants and pubs that you could walk to.
