The building has been completely modernised and hosts a range of modern residential apartments with commercial offices below. The Merchant City is one of the most vibrant areas in Glasgow and is full of diverse and interesting buildings, cafes and restaurants. It is a preferred location to both professional and artistic residents with a number of small galleries and theatres in the area. The apartment was clean, roomy and the building was quiet. There is a lot of natural light and the sun warmed the apartment nicely. The owner met us on time and gave us a great overview of the apartment and its amenities. We were an easy walking distance to George Square, Merchant City and even the meeting point for a Rabbies Tour that we had booked. There are many good restaurants a five minute walking distance and the train station is less than a 10 minute walk.
