This was a great property! Two friends and I stayed here and had just enough room. My friend and I shared a full sized bed in a very large bedroom, which had a futon that could sleep another person as well. My other friend slept on the pullout couch and found it very comfortable. The oven did not work super well, but because the rental is within close walking distance to many delicious + cheap restaurants we didn’t find this a huge issue! The flat had a small kitchen but big enough to cook breakfast. The bathroom was small but clean and great shower but not much room when sat on the throne more a problem for my husband. Living room was good had coffee table settee and a chair and the bedroom was big with a double bed and a pull out double and still room to move around. Towels where provided beds made up. Great Base for a family of four on a budget. You enter from the back garden into a small-ish living room with couches and a TV, and beyond that there's a doorway to a bedroom (queen bed and fold out couch with a cupboard and two side tables). Left of the entrance is a tiny kitchen next to a tiny bathroom (toilet wedged between the bath/shower and the wall, plus a sink). Nothing stays dry in the bathroom during showering due to steam and condensation, toilet is a bit high and rickety. Kitchen has a full size fridge; stove & microwave. Not posh, not too shabby.
