It is fully equipped with everything you need and a private parking space within the complex car park. This excellently located apartment is close to major motorways and transport links making it the perfect home away from home. The Space: The apartment consists of a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a 2nd bedroom, both have double beds furnished with high quality bed linens. There is a gorgeous open living space housing the living room with a comfortable leather sofa and chair, smart TV and mood lighting, a dining table for 4 and fully equipped, modern kitchen. There is another full bathroom and laundry room. Guest Access: Details will be sent upon booking. The Neighborhood: The location is often referred to as the "hippest place in Britain". With its plethora of trendy bars, classy restaurants, shops & even a concert venue, there is plenty to see & do. All you need to do is to type "things to do in Finnieston" into a well known search engine and there will be a wealth of suggestions. Our recommendations are: Bar - 'The Finnieston' is a local gin bar that also serves great seafood. Restaurant - 'Porter & Rye' is a great place to get a top quality piece of cooked meat. Others - the SEC & Hydro are minutes away and are quickly becoming one of Scotland's premier music and conference venues. Getting Around: The flat is ideally positioned in the West End within walking distance to Glasgow City Centre. You can also walk to the popular Byres Rd, the SSE Hydro for gigs and SEC Exhibition centre no trouble at all. Given that there is parking right outside the flat, you have access to the M8 motorway which is minutes from the flat and can take to Edinburgh and beyond. There are local buses running along Argyle St that can take you into the city centre, also there is the Exhibition Centre train station a short walk away. There is a local Tesco express supermarket a short walk away too for all of your household needs. Other Things to Note: STRICTLY NO PARTIES, NO STAGS/HENS, NO SMOKING AND NO PETS The apartment is located in a communal building where consideration must be paid to neighbouring residents. In a lovely area of Finnieston, 30 minute walk into town. The flat has everything you need with top of the range appliances and crockery. Very impressed. Highly recommend. Our only criticism is having to wait for the shop to open to drop the key off on check out day. If people have a flight booked early there is no way of leaving the key anywhere else, luckily we just had enough time to drop the key off at 9am when the shop opened. Suzy was extremely accommodating when our flight was delayed and we arrived after the 10pm cutoff. She had shared all the info needed about the place prior to arriving. It was just as described.
