"This was an awesome place to stay in Gladwin, right on the water of Lake Lancer. We plan an ice fishing trip each year with work colleges and this is one of the best layouts we have seen for sleeping 13 people, hanging out in the common area and playing games in the dinner room, proximity to the water, and close to a few more lakes in the area that are good for fishing, there is also a trailhead about 20 min to the west that leads up to Houghton Lake area. "Our family rented this beautiful gem in November. My dad, husband and brother went out nearby to state land for opening day while the girls stayed behind and took advantage of all the cabin had to offer. Nikkole was beyond incredible to work with. Extremely responsive, friendly and accommodating to any and all questions we had. We enjoyed the chilly nights at the bonfire making smores and also relaxed in the hot tub.
