Base camp Property was exactly as advertised. We used this property as a basecamp for our upper peninsula exploration. It was clean and well maintained and suited our purposes perfectly. The one thing that I would love to have had was the opportunity to open the windows to enjoy the crisp clean air of the north country. If you are planning a stay, and are not used to well water, make sure to bring what you need to drink as the water is somewhat harsh. Nice long driveway and nice and private. Dogs had room to run. There wasn’t anything to pick up poop fyi. Can’t open windows which stunk because no fans to help move air from window air conditioner in kitchen which is opposite of bedrooms. Water is orange terrible smell and taste.
