"A very good option to stay in downtown Missoula. The bed was comfortable, we enjoyed the wool Pendleton blanket as winter had returned in May! We loved the stainless steel bathroom cups and the refillable soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion! Way to practice sustainability….the next step is no plastic trash liners!! The morning coffee was very good, a nice full flavor dark roast. Parking was not an issue as street parking is free after 5 pm."

I also needed some additional help with adjusting my reservation and was met with the most awesome help. I needed to change the configuration and number of beds. The help was instant and the staff was so underatanding of my situation. I truly appreciate the ease in which things were taken care of. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area."
