"Only some of staff was good like receptionist , the manger was so rude and asked me to pay more than the price in Expedia , the hotel not deserve that amount , There's something under construction made a lot of noise around the hotel , room was a small , in front of the hotel there are garbage"

The hotel front door is 20 meters from the entrance to the evening light and sound show (that you can definitely watch from the rooftop) such that you are absolutely in the heart of the old neighborhood of camels, donkey carts and pyramid complex visitors. Food and restaurant service exceeded expectations; nice Egyptian mixed grill and collection of smoothies. Completely suitable and helpful-to-have breakfast at the same open air rooftop restaurant."

Airport transport is provided if you stay multiple nights and they respond to all questions in a timely manner.
