"What a wonderful experience! Amazing staff, comfortable rooms, and nice amenities. First off you get 2 bottles of water every day for no charge! Hot water never seemed to run out and the bath products were way better than the states. They have a complimentary shuttle to Disneyland and a very affordable airport limo. Easy access to malls, food, convenient stores, and the train/bus station. I will say be aware this hotel is geared towards families as well as everyone else. The onsite food buffet is very simple foods like fries custom omlets and bread, not a lot of authentic Japanese food. There are no controllable fans in the bathrooms so the rooms get super humid fast, like 75%. Still 5 stars worthy just be aware of everything you are getting into."

"Great location in Ginza that’s walkable to shopping, eating, and mass transit. Rooms were nicely sized for Tokyo, staff was super helpful and kind and the hotel has numerous onsite amenities we enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again. "
