« Hôtels.com ne proposant que peu choix sur osawaonzen aux dates de voyage nous nous sommes rabattus sur cet hôtel. Sa vétusté et état général sont loin des standards de ce site touristique mais le personnel était attentionné et le petit-déjeuner excellent. Trop de monde dans les thermes de l’hôtel ne nous a pas permis d’en profiter (un comble pour un séjour dans une ville thermale). »

« The hotel has a great location, within walking distance from Isawa Station, and there are several convenience stores nearby. I enjoyed learning about the history of Isawa Onsen from the photo displays near the elevator. The story about hot springs suddenly flowing from vineyards in 1961 was especially interesting. The Japanese-style room was nicely refurbished and very comfortable. I also appreciated the small thoughtful details, such as lending thin yukata ties . The staff were kind and...

"Dès la réception ce fut une catastrophe. Aucune aide pour le transport des bagages dans cet hôtel soit disant 4 étoiles. Le réceptionniste me demande de choisir l’heure du petit déjeuner avec 2 créneaux horaires 7h-8h ou 8h-9h je lui indique 8h-9h et là il me dit que ce n’est pas possible. ????. Il m’annonce que la wifi ne fonctionne pas à l’hôtel et il me demande de payer ma chambre alors que j’ai déjà payé en ligne. Aucune attention aux clients et pas capable de lire correctement la fiche client. Arrivée dans la chambre il se dégage une odeur, les lits sont durs. Rien n’a été dans cet hôtel qui n’est loin d’être un 4 étoiles. Il faut revoir votre copie. "
