Semi-detached house adjoining an unoccupied building on the owners' property with private parking. It features a large living room with a lounge area including a TV, Wi-Fi, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). A shower room and separate WC complete the accommodation.  
  
Guests have access to a shared swimming pool (12x5 m, 1.15 to 1.75 m deep), saltwater, secured by a roller shutter, unheated, and equipped with an outdoor shower. The cottage also has a private garden with garden furniture, a lounge area, and a barbecue. On-site parking is available. Bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning and utilities are included. Just 8km from Bergerac, in the heart of the vineyards and the Périgord countryside, this house is the ideal starting point for all kinds of excursions: beginning with the magnificent fortified towns such as Issigeac, Beaumont, and Monpazier, which transport you to a fascinating past where history and architecture blend harmoniously.
