"First off, there needs to be better signage showing the entrance to your driveway. Its to easy to enter the wrong pathway coming off route 11. If there were an entrance sign to the proper driveway it would really help, especially at night. It would be nice to provide a larger breakfast room with more table and chairs closer to the food area so I am suggesting relocating combining the dining room and food area all into one area else where within the facility. Other than that everything was wonderful."

"The people working here were fantastic. Very kind and accommodating! The room was good, but the bathroom needed an update. But I can’t say enough good things about the staff, especially the kind gentleman who was working during breakfast to help people and clean the dining area. I was so upset that I didn’t have any cash to leave him a tip, because it was well deserved."

"The house itself was great; clean two zones of HVAC, everything new and thoughtfully designed. It's not Lake Winnipesaukee, but the view of the pond from the large, well appointed, deck was just what we needed for a relaxing stay. Good kayaks and a large canoe created fun for the whole family. I have to say that the host, Kevin, did everything in his power to make things smooth from start to finish. He's obviously a great guy who knows how to treat people right. We highly recommend a stay here."
