A literal "green paradise" and a sublime preserved setting, 100% soothing and revitalizing, adjoining the Loire, a protected area in the "Natura 2000 Zone" for its exceptional biotope (fish, mammals, birds, insects, amphibians, etc.), a migration, reproduction, and nesting axis for many species, some of which are very rare (Atlantic salmon, allis shad, sea lamprey or eel, waders, kingfisher, sand martin, European bee-eater, etc.). Vast, well-kept 3-hectare property steeped in history (formerly a family farm operated since the 19th century) with a beautiful heated swimming pool (4x8m), a large vegetable garden (picking fresh vegetables possible with the owners' agreement) and vast meadows, laid out in the spirit of a "micro farm" welcoming Highland and Vosges cows, goats, and a farmyard (ducks, geese, chickens, etc.).
