"Peter was an exceedingly host….pleasant, engaging and informative of the suite and neighborhood. The property was well maintained and comfortable. Peter was working very hard on garden improvements. The “Google” photo of the outside is NOT current. Don’t be misled. I had a lovely very comfortable stay at the suite. "

"Truly enjoyed three lovely nights and days at the Beach House on Texada Island. Location is amazing with views west of Vancouver Island. Gillie's beach below the house. Beach House is well equipped with comfy beds and linen, small comfy sitting area and dinning area and a gorgeous deck. Lots of exploring to do around the island. We ventured on to Anderson Bay road - which was an adventure - used all of the SUV 4X4 features. Highly recommend this place."

"Very clean and tastefully decorated. Beds were comfortable. Well kitted out with appliances, cultlery and everything you might need. Parking on site for one vehicle, so if you are comfortable parking 2nd vehicle on the street, then it works well. Also not amenable to electric vehicles as there was no exterior outlet for charging an all electric. We loved the wood stove, which was very cozy and warm. I also particularly loved the character of the home with old fir floors. Very close to Shelter...
