Important Rules from the Samoset Condo Association:

- Please be aware of the following rules and restrictions enforced by the Samoset Condo Association:

- No pets, motorcycles, trailers, or boat docking are permitted by renters.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during these hours.

- Each unit is limited to two parking spaces. If you anticipate needing more than two, please contact us in advance to discuss possible arrangements.

By booking, renters agree to comply with all Samoset Condo Association rules. Any violations will be the responsibility of the renter.

Guests have full access to the townhouse as well as all shared community amenities, including:

- Private lake access

- Outdoor swimming pool and courts for tennis, pickleball, and basketball

- Community fire pit – perfect for relaxing evenings

- Clubhouse featuring ping-pong tables and convenient restrooms

Parking: Free parking is available for up to 2 vehicles (no assigned spots). Please note that trailers and motorcycles are not permitted.
