This beautiful 2-story home + guest house is located right on Lake Murray in Gilbert, SC! This custom built home has rustic wood accents, new furnishings, and scenic views, the perfect destination to make memories with the family.  
  
Main House  
☆ Primary Bedroom (upstairs): King Tempur-Pedic bed with a SmartTV, walk-in closet, full ensuite bathroom, and separate jacuzzi tub  
☆ Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Queen bed with full ensuite bathroom  
☆ Bedroom 3 (downstairs): Bunkbed with 2 twin mattresses. There is a full bathroom across the hall.  
☆ Guest House (upstairs): 2 Full beds. Full bathroom and mini fridge. Please note there is no wifi in the guest house.  
  
The open concept living space has a fully stocked kitchen. Custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, ample counter space, and stainless steel appliances make this kitchen the perfect place to whip up a home cooked meal or to set out snacks for the family. There is a L-shaped bar-height ledge with stools that provide extra dining or seating space adjacent to the living area. There is also a dining room with seating for 8.  
  
The living room is past the kitchen with a sofa, reclining chair, and a beautiful stone fireplace (not for guest use) that serves as the focal point for the room. It is equipped with a Samsung SmartTV where you may log into your personal streaming apps and accounts to enjoy your favorite shows and movies.  
French doors in the living room lead to the enclosed sunroom. This space has a conversation set with a loveseat, coffee table, and two side chairs along with a tall table that can be used for cocktails or remote work with two seats overlooking the lake. Another set of French doors lead to the outdoor patio space with multiple tiers of entertaining space leading towards the water and dock.  
  
The second floor loft showcases chalet-style windows and presents a stunning view of the lake. This space can be used in many different ways; to relax in the provided rocking chair, lay out a yoga mat to meditate, or to escape the rest of the group and watch TV. Kids will love this as a “Sleepover” space! Just unzip the 3 bean bags and pull out the foam mattresses! Bonus that the two primary bedrooms are on this same floor, so parents can stay “tuned in”!  
  
The guest house is located at the front of the driveway as you drive onto the property. The garage space itself is not accessible to guests. The single-room studio-style Guest House above the garage has two full sized beds as well as a full sized bathroom with stand-up shower. The Guest House also has a kitchenette area with a sink and mini refrigerator. The Guest House is not attached to the Main House and is set back towards the road, making it a very private and quiet retreat. (A great space for older teens!). This area does not have wifi.  
  
The backyard is the perfect place to make lots of memories with your family. There are 3 tiers of decking with plenty of resort-style outdoor furniture, allowing for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful lake view and abundant wildlife, even while on dry ground. There is an outdoor fireplace, lounge furniture, a dining set, conversation set, and a charcoal grill (BYO charcoal) for guest use. The dock that leads right out onto Lake Murray where you may rent a boat from a local rental shop or use the swim ladder to take a dip with your family. You may also bring your own boat and launch right from the backyard if you so desire.  
  
No pets allowed. The owner uses the home regularly and has severe allergies. Please plan on leaving your pets at home if making a reservation here, no exceptions.  
  
We do not allow parties or gatherings above the listed maximum guest occupancy of 10 people. This is to prevent conflict or disruption to our neighbors and so we do not overtax the water and septic system. Please follow quiet hours, especially outdoors between 9PM-8AM every day of the week. Our neighbors deserve the right to peace and privacy at their homes and property as well, please do not trespass onto their property. Only respectful and courteous guests allowed.  
  
We are very close to the water - expect to see wildlife including bugs, lizards, birds, turtles, raccoons, squirrels, and the occasional deer. Regular pest treatments are done both inside and out but it is very easy for pests to slip into the house if doors or windows are left open.  
  
Please note that there used to be large umbrellas at the property and they are no longer functioning. They have been removed.  
  
There is a doorbell camera at the front entry and a camera at the rear facing the lake, dock and rear dock/patio, both cameras are actively recording. There are no cameras inside, only the two on the exterior. Tampering with the cameras will result in cancellation without refund.  
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.  
  
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.  
  
You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.  
  
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.  
  
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.  
  
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.  
  
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.  
  
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.  
  
If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.  
  
Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.  
  
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.  
  
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.

We had a wonderful stay in an excellent location. The home was warm, welcoming, and clean. It's definitely a great place to stay if you enjoy beautiful views and the convenience of a boat ramp for easy access to the lake.

#### Great Lakefront Property

Masters golf trip with the boys. Hour and 10 minutes to Augusta. 6 beds so not sleeping 10 unless you’re couples or reenacting “Planes, Trains and Automobiles” but 2 guys took couches. Hot water and enough water pressure to sandblast the dirt and grime of golf off your body. Beautiful views and a great house. Would def stay here again. Premier hosts were responsive and attentive and constantly checking in. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our stay for my family and friends of 9. The only misleading thing is it says a two bedroom apartment over the garage but it was 2 beds in one room. It still was great for all of us! The only thing I would add is a mirror and a table in the apartment above the garage.

The lake view and dock is wonderful with lots of outdoor furniture to sit on. However, the house had plumbing issues (which they tried to fix while we were there) and lots of other maintenance needed & things that need to be fixed.

Had a great stay at the property. The property was amazing with a great dock connected to Lake Murray. Check in was relatively easy, had to push the door a little hard but otherwise easy. My group of 9 was well accommodated in terms of space and bedding. Also fast, open communication with the property manager was also a huge plus for us if there were any issues!

#### Great house and location

This is our second time staying at this house. The location is good for travel as well as the lake area for fishing and boating. Very convenient to have a boat ramp on the property and enough room to spread out when family visits for the day. Very clean and comfortable. Property manager is always available and quick to respond for anything that comes up. Hope to stay here again.

#### Disappointing for the price.

House and location were nice. Cleaners were not finished until half an hour after 4:00 check in time. There was no tv in the guest house as listed. One of the outside umbrellas did not work and no one came to fix or inspect it. Outside garbage can was full when we moved in and didn't get picked up until Wed so we had no place to put things after 2 days with 7 people. No swim ladder on the dock so it was difficult fot some people to climb up.

This is our family's second time renting this property because we enjoyed it so much the first time! The house is spacious and comfortable. The docks and outdoor seating make it the perfect spot to enjoy the lake. We really love this spot!

#### Beautiful lake view and outdoor spaces

We had a very nice stay. The bedrooms are beautiful and the hardwoods on the first floor were gorgeous. Paid for an early check-in and got to the property with no code to get in. Tried calling the property manager 3 times, left a voicemail and emailed. On the fourth call, I was able to talk to someone who gave me a code to get in. The refrigerator was gross (dried on food on the shelves, handles, crumbs inside. Also, food and trash left on the sunporch. Was offered a cleaning touch-up but asked for a refund on cleaning fee...got a portion of it refunded. Otherwise the stay was just what we needed. The outdoor spaces on the pier/deck are really great.

#### Family Lake Vacation

We really enjoyed our weekend at this lake house. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. The outdoor space was very cozy. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The home was a little hard to find in the dark so arriving during the day is better. And the process to get the home access code required more steps than the other VRBO we rented. But we totally recommend this home for a wonderful family weekend at the lake.

The house was clean and spacious. We loved the open concept and high ceilings. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were ceam and up to date. The outdoor space offered so many options and we thoroughly enjoyed our time sun bathing and swimming. The outdoor fireplace was perfect for roasting marshmallows. We'd stay again in a heartbeat.

We stayed for 6 days while visiting our daughter for her graduation from Ft Jackson. The house was beautiful and the view was second to none. We had a small issue with the upstairs AC, (due to a storm) but when I called about it, they sent a repairman right away and got it fixed. While the interior of the house had a rustic feel, the appliances are new, the wifi was great and the beds were super comfortable. Don't even get me started on the huge bathtub in the master bathroom! Our kids loved the loft area and of course the lake. They had fun catching frogs, fishing and swimming. As a family, we enjoyed card games at the table and sitting out on the deck. I highly recommend this property to anybody looking to stay in the area. I would absolutely stay again.
