« Le reponsable du check in est super gentil par contre celui du soir n’a pas voulus nous aider avec le manque d oreiller dans la chambre.. soit disant que l hôtel était pleine (mais le stationnement vide) Manque d oreiller 1 seul par personne et lit pas confortable »

« The pool was filthy and stayed filthy it needed to be vacuumed badly. A man came while we were at the pool and only cleaned one skimmer. Never skimmed the pool or vacuumed it. The filter didn’t work well bc there were decaying insects in the water for two days »

« My week stay was very pleasant, I had an excellent room that was very quite and clean. I also enjoyed my meals downstairs at the bar and restaurant, the staff were very friendly, helpful and warm. Would love to highlight the girl at the front desk, John in the bar/restaurant and the young man who worked during the breakfast shift! »

« This is a very good hotel, clean and newly remodeled (possibly within the last year or so). There is nothing special in no pool or hot tub. It's a very good basic hotel. »

« L'hôtel est bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport et proche d'une zone commerciale pour les repas. Mais refusez la Chambre 330 : vue de la fenêtre sur 2 horribles modules de climatisation très très bruyants. De plus pas de ménage ni changement de serviette pour 2 nuits consécutives... Caution de 50$ pour 2 nuits recréditée sur notre carte plie poil 1 mois après la 1ere nuit passée à Phoenix !! Très pratique qd on est déjà rentré en France ! C'est le seul hôtel qui ne nous a pas rendu la caution...
