Good hotel with room service and friendly staff
A good addition to the OCA hotels in the region. The staff were very helpful and I could get late check out for €15. It was lovely to have a bath and was very clean.

The hotel is a fine hotel in Aviles and within easy walking distance of everything. We arrived during a Medieval Festival and that was very interesting and well worthwhile to see.

Good stopover along the asturian coast if you are,
The location was good within walking distance to the old part of town and the Oscar Niemeyer centro.The room and bathroom were adequate and we slept well. Café round the corner where we had inexpensive breakfast of toast, orange juice and coffee. Carpark was difficult to get in and out. Should be €8 instead of €10 at this time of year. Think that €59 for this time of year a little expensive. Maybe €49."

Unexpected gem of a hotel and town
We actually accidentally selected this hotel, rather than another one in Gijon with almost exactly the same name. We needed to be in Gijon, and would have preferred there, but this hotel turned out to be quite charming and in a good location. It was between Gijon and several other coastal sites in northern Spain that we wanted to visit, so it turned out good for us. It's in a perfect location in Aviles to access pretty much everything, including transportation.

Good Hotel and good location
The staff was very friendly, they had very good recomondations for an excellent restaurant. Room was clear and quiet. The only thing we missed was a park lot for our car which belongs to the hotel.the hotel has a good location to travel to Cudillero and visit the surroundings at the sea.

Not a 4 star, barely a 3 very poor ac
Expensive car park, nothing to do around hotel. People only drink alcohol at night nearby around the area, no food menus. Not really near the expressway, sort of difficult to get to/from. I sweat in bed all night without my shirt and no covers. Had to spend 5 euros to get a coke and some old olives from the refigerator. Free bottle of wine though, but more of a consolation for sweating like a pig. Nice lobby. Bed was hard as a rock.

We had a wonderful experience while in Asturias and the Silken Villa in Aviles provided a comfortable ,relaxing oasis ,(at a very competitive rate) that enabled us to recharge between explorations.

Great choice
This was my first visit to the town. Hotel was centrally located, clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Careful with the parking in hotel - not well designed - too narrow and difficult to maneuver.

Silken Villa De Aviles, very nice hotel
I thought the hotel was very nice. It was only about a 5 minute walk from the old town of Aviles. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They gave us a map of Aviles with the hotel clearly located. They told us about must see places in the area and then explained where how to get there. The room was well worth the money. The area around the hotel was nice. There are a few parks right outside the hotel. I would stay there again. The cons were not that bad. The hotel staff did not speak much English, but they were very patient with my husband and my decant Spanish. Also the bed was really really firm. But they offer a variety of different over sized pillows at the front desk. In streets in Aviles are not all labeled clearly. When we arrived from the airport it was dark and we had a difficult time finding the hotel, even though the hotel was only about 8 minutes from the bus station. Make sure you have a good map, not just some written directions, before you arrive.

Four Star Luxury Hotel
The property is owned by Silken, which is a top rate hotel firm in Spain (probably equal to or better than say Hyatt/Grand Hyatt). The property looks under 10 years old, is in great condition and has everything one would expect from a 4 Star US Hotel. No complaints whatsoever. The downtown area is a bit overbuilt with hotel space and some industry has moved out of the area-- thus rates are lower than what you might otherwise expect.

No creo que sea la mejor solución una calefacción por aire caliente que sólo afecta a la habitación; en el cuarto de baño, un radiador apagado sólo servía de dudoso adorno. ¿Por qué no había una escobilla para el inodoro? Es un elemento práctico que evita parte de un desagradable trabajo a quienes se encargan de la limpieza; además, existen en el mercado escobillas bien discretas. Que no cuenten ni con carros para acarrear el equipaje ni con personal dispuesto a ayudar a quienes no podemos cargar con él, tampoco queda como la mejor carta de presentación

Buenos días, Lamentamos enormemente que no hayamos cumplido con sus expectativas, porque la satisfacción de nuestros clientes es nuestro principal objetivo. Por higiene, desde hace unos años el uso de escobillas no lo tenemos permitido ni en las habitaciones ni en los aseos público. La calefacción de las habitaciones la pueden regular individualmente pero si activamos el aire el sistema de calefacción del baño queda inhabilitado y para que no sientan frío encendemos el aire general que es más potente que sólo un radiador, pero insistimos en pedirles disculpas si esto ha podido generarles malestar. Nos encantaría poder verles de nuevo para que su próxima estancia sea 100% satisfactoria. Un cordial saludo.

Tranquillo e comodo
Tutto ok, letti e cuscini comodo. La finestra si può aprire e la vista è di fronte sulla strada, mi piaceva. Se si chiudeva la finestra c’era molto silenzio. La posizione centrale è molto comoda. Il parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento è ok, un po’ stretto arrivarci.

Muy amable la recepcionista. Hay cosas que se pueden mejorar, pero tanto la limpieza y el personal están muy bien. Está bien situado y en una zona tranquila, pero bien comunicada.
