« No signs leading to SM mall. Sidewalk is not appropriate bc it has a tight curve among cars. There is a proper walkway but there is no signage and no way a guest could find it. There was a minor earthquake and floor was swaying. There were no alerts or warnings for guests on upper floors. None of the staff were aware. »

« Le restaurant ou est servi le PDJ n'offre aucune possibilité de commander à la carte; tous les jours 4 choix des mêmes menus avec 1 boisson chaude ou froide au choix ! exemple= 1 petite omelette + 3 rondelles de pain et 1 tasse de café !!! sinon l'hotel est confortable, propre et le personnel attentionné, la piscine est un plus; le PDJ est vraiment à revoir quitte à payer plus »

« Nice place if you’re passing through quickly. For any longer stay, please be aware that there are no amenities, such as complementary water soap, shampoo, coffee, in the lake that usually come with higher end hotels. In fact, if you wanted a drink of fresh water, you had to take the cup out of the room to the hallway by the elevator and fill it up at a water fountain. Not too convenient! »

« Good breakfast but coffee and juices that were part of the breakfast fell short so we ordered those off the menu at an extra cost. The hotel is Conveniently Close to SM mall. Room was small so we upgraded to a large and clean room. Staff was always friendly and helpful. There was a problem with a slow drain in the shower that they improved but it slowed again on our last day there. Overall, a pleasant stay. »

« No owner support, dirty room, no blankets or bed cover, no pillow cases, no towels, filthy bathroom sink, WiFi did not work, no internet. We will never stay in this unit again. When we contacted the unit owner she texted and said she could not talk to us because she was in a meeting. Horrible experience. »

« Bed comfort alright but the air conditioning in 2 bedrooms stops in middle of the night till we left, bathroom is leaking showers doesn’t work right, there a little ants around the table and counters »
