« Le monsieur qui était à la réception dormait. Il m'a chargé 82$ en plus de ma réservation de expedia. Je lui ai demandé si c'était un dépôt. Non ce sont les frais d'hôtel. La nuit a été bruyante.Douche bouchée, murs troués etc. Je suis supposé recevoir un remboursement mais ca va faire comme tpus les autres hôtels, ca narrivera pas!!! »
