"Appartement très propre et très spacieux. Nous y avons passé 11 jours. La terrasse est un vrai plus pour pouvoir secher le linge. Excellente connexion wifi. On se sent vraiment comme chez soi ! Beaucoup de commerces, restaurants, services à proximité (5' à pieds). Merci à Ahmed et le concierge de la résidence pour leur amabilité, leur gentillesse. Ils sont toujours là pour vous rendre service. Je recommande vraiment cet appartement. 5' proximié dans un rayon de 5' à pieds."

"PART 1 First of all, I don't write BAD reviews because I am also a businessman and I want to give every business a chance to grow especially in these harsh business conditions. Secondly, I am so angry, seething and incensed that I am writing this review immediately after the incident with the manager whilst I am still currently staying here. Today is Saturday 15/11/2025 and I am still currently at the hotel and I am due to depart on 17/11/2025\. I have reported the fridge in my room as faulty three times, their technicians have attended two times and their excuse is that the card controlling the electricity supply to the room was not connected and hence the reason the fridge was not working for lack of constant electricity supply. They have eventually changed the fridge this morning (Saturday 15/11/2025) and the electricity to the room has been constantly on for the last 7.5 hours an the fridge is not working. I have again complained to the manager of the hotel and he himself came to inspect the fridge and he then asserted that the fridge was working and I disagreed with him because I know a working fridge and he cannot hoodwink me. The conduct o the manager that visited my room was NOT good either and he was very bullish and disrespectful in the manner he told me that the fridge was working. I am a landlord and I have over 60 fridge freezers and I know the temperature of a perfectly working fridge after 30 minutes let alone 7.5 hours. "
