"The first room we entered wasnt what we expected so we went down to the desk and the staff manager Mohamed immediately helped us update our room to a much nicer one with a beautiful view on the river of Nile. The service was exceptional from all the staff during my stay there. And the food (tho sometimes expensive considering its egypt) was delicious. The only downsides we saw was the first rooms toilet, the cold pool, and that you have to pay a specific sum to eat at the terrace restaurant...

"I had a great experience at this hotel. I was given a room facing Nile and it had the most beautiful view of river Nile . The staff was excellent and well versed in english and ready to help you at every step . The breakfast was excellent. Overall I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel . I would highly recommend this hotel . "
