Not a bad stay, but we did stay 3 nights and never once did we have housekeeping come in. Family of three and only one tiny bathroom trash can that was never changed. Room didn't smell "fresh", kinda musty. Time still have carpet. Asked at the desk but the lady said she'd try to get someone in there to grab the trash, but wasn't sure if theyd have enough people to do it.like she wasn't sure if people were gonna come in to work? Food was standand. Location was the best part. One elevator for 4 floors, easy enough to take stairs if you don't have luggage. Probably would pick a different hotel next time we are in town. Hotel needs updates.

We saw stink bugs on the walls in the hallway leading to our room. Our room had a plunger in a garbage bag left next to the toilet and the bathroom was dirty. The door wasn’t sealed on the bottom so you could see the light from the hallway. Throughout the room there were dead stink bugs on the windowsill and on the floor. We killed numerous bugs while we were there. The tv picture wasn’t clear. This stay wasn’t a good experience. We booked this hotel because of the higher rating and it was definitely not the rating we would have given this hotel.

Bed was not very comfortable. One of our beds looked broken. Very convenient to the Gettysburg Battlefield. I would recommend based on location alone, but more could be done to provide a better and more comfortable experience.

Hotel was nice, quiet and staff was great. Only negatives our rooms toilet you had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop running. When getting a hot shower there was a loud high pitched squeal and the water pressure was HORRIBLE! And we ended up killing a bunch of stink bugs gathered by our window

Great location. Very close to the Gettysburg Battlefield Visitor Center and Gettysburg Battlefield Park and National Cemetery. Also close to Historic Downtown
The room was very clean and comfortable. Our stay was a very restful and enjoyable. From the fitness, pool, and employees were very courteous and knowledgeable. Breakfast was good. Thanks

Upon entering the room it was evident that it had not been vacuumed. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the outside base of the toilet was dirty. Went to the front desk to get some toilet paper and mentioned the uncleanness of the room and was immediately given a key to a new room. Upon entering the 2nd room, it was immediately evident again that the room had not been vaccumed. There was toilet paper in the bathroon, but no rod to hold it in place. Also, the box of tissues in the counter slot was completely empty. I will never stay there again.
Very nice place to stay. Everyone was super nice. Close to everything in Gettysburg.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a few issues, but they resolved quickly. The property was good, but it appears regular maintenance of some things was lacking. Breakfast was good and offered a variety of things. Would have preferred a bit more variety of the hot items for we were there three days and they were the same all three days. The location is excellent.

It’s a fine place to stay if you just need a place to sleep. It’s outdated and in need of renovations; the door to our room latched but you could still see out into the hallway, several small holes in the wall, the couch was broken/end was missing. Property was loud; could hear next door TV and music on most of the night, talking, loud noises outside (air units or plumbing?). TV’s are disabled from using Firesticks are any other external device.

loved the area. We were in GB to attend a Gala at the visitors' center and it was very convenient.
May sound a little weird, but loved waking up and seeing the Cemetery out of my window. All the history lying there to remind all the sacrifices suffered in 1863 and all future wars.

I was overcharged for my stay. I booked my trip for one price and was double charged by the hotel. I requested my room to be cleaned and it was not done. I had to clean it myself. I brought the matter to the hotel attention, was created and they never applied the credit to my card. I called them after and complained and Barbara the supervisor never responded.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Large room. Microwave and refrigerator a plus. Breakfast was fine…. Waffles, pancakes, sausage, eggs, cereal, etc.
front desk isn’t always staffed and we waited several times for someone to come. So close to the National park makes it a great place to stay.

This is most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. There was food and garbage on the floor, the mirrors and window was covered in hand prints, the tub did not drain, the sink had toothpaste and soap all over. We actually went to rite aid to buy cleaning supplies and we wore shoes whenever we had to step on the floor. Do not stay at this hotel.
