You could hear traffic from the interstate,but was a good place to stay for the price. Excellent breakfast.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was a good variety of hot and cold options. The seating area was large with plenty of tables and chairs and a fireplace. A nice place for an overnight stay.

Lumpy Mattress
I picked best Western because I expected a nice clean quiet sleep because I was making a 1600 mile trip and needed a great night. Sleep well I did not the mattress was terrible. I never slept on anything worse it was too late to make changes so I suffered through it. There is no way I am the first person who was not satisfied with their night sleep.

I reserved room with jetted tub but when I got to the hotel he refused to let me have it because of the dog. Why? Tub was for the adults. No explanation given. Disappointed

Staff very friendly though short staffed I think. Though we did not have breakfast there it seemed to be a nice hot selection of items. The room was clean except they forget to clean the toilet. Urine down the front of the toilet is something you do not want to see. Close proximity to everything you would need

Staff all worked hard to make us feel welcome from our arrival through to good breakfast and checkout. Comfortable bed and corner sofa, good working TV with a great film to watch with no adverts! First one in 47 motel stays 🙂

Positive first…very clean, front desk staff was very nice, breakfast was good, lots of good food choices near by. Negatives… very low toilet, very slippery tub…travel hack… put towel on floor so you do not fall, very thin walls party next door til they passed out.

Breakfast manager was outstanding!
We loved that a woman managed the breakfast every morning. She kept continually cleaning and restocking the food. She was pleasant and accomodating. An outstanding detail compared to other hotel breakfast areas we have experienced.

Hotel room was clean and beds are very nice. Dawna served breakfast and she was absolutely wonderful. I gave her a nice tip for her friendly and fun attitude (first time I’ve ever tipped someone tending a hotel breakfast bar). Give that lady a raise! She’s a keeper.

Small clean hotel
Somewhat dated small hotel. Clean rooms and public areas. Staff where available for check in/check out and the front desk was always staffed. Easy access to Interstate and surrounding areas. Good places to eat close by and there was a large shopping complex with a Target, Giant, etc . Breakfast area kept very clean by a lovely lady who always had a smile. Breakfast items where OK.

Overall it was okay. My only complaints were the toilet and shower head did not work correctly and the cleaning staff kept trying to come in despite the do not disturb sign on the handle
