### Apartment 'Altes Kutschhaus' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Gernsbach, this historic 60 m² apartment accommodates up to 2 guests and features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. You will find a private, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi suitable for video conferences, air conditioning, a fan, TV, and a dedicated workspace. A shared washing machine is available. The unique maisonette apartment spans two floors in a historic building from 1605, which once served as a coach house and is part of the Wolkensteiner Hof. The accommodation has been fully renovated and retains its historic charm with high ceilings and large glazed barn doors as living room windows.  
  
Enjoy your private, uncovered terrace and the peaceful atmosphere of the large historic courtyard with views of parts of the old town and the Black Forest.  
  
Public street parking is available, and public transport is easily accessible. Please note that events are not permitted on the property.  
  
You will stay in the charming old town of Gernsbach, just one minute from the pedestrian zone, in a quiet location despite its central position. This is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. The proximity to Baden-Baden (about 10 minutes by car) with its spas, casino, and festival hall offers further leisure opportunities. The Kaltenbronn ski area can be reached in about 30 minutes, and you can easily explore Alsace and the Black Forest from here.
