Coming from Zell am Ziller after the village sign Gerlos you drive 300 metres further, then turn left, after 100m you will reach the Landhaus Dengg on the right side.  
70 m to the bike rental and ski rental, 100 m to the restaurant, 2.5 km to the cable cars in the Zillertalarena, 70 m to the ski school, 70 m to the lake in Gmünd with circular hiking trail, 100 m to the adventure trail, 2.5 km to the centre, 70 m to the bus stop, free ski bus and hiking bus  
  
Holiday flat with 2 double rooms, each with balcony, a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, eat-in kitchen, view of the garden and the mountains, wellness area with sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and relaxation room, bathrobes and towels are included.  
The conservatory with bar, the terrace and the garden are accessible to all guests.  
  
A country house with a beautiful garden - there is an alpine hut with barbecue facilities where you can enjoy your snack in the evening sun. There is also direct access to the garden from the wellness area. Play facilities for children with table tennis table, water toys and much more.  
Sufficient parking space is available.  
  
The use of the cable cars in Gerlos and Königsleiten is free of charge for our guests in summer.
