Located on the ground floor of the owner's house, this apartment for 2 to 4 people offers stunning panoramic views of the town of Gérardmer and its ski area. With a comfortable bedroom, this accommodation is located on the heights of Gérardmer.  
Just a 15-minute drive away is La Bresse, a town renowned for its ski area, while the beautiful Longemer Lake can be reached in less than 10 minutes, offering a multitude of water activities.   
The area is also a hiker's paradise, offering a variety of trails to explore and enjoy in the natural beauty of the surroundings. Single-storey apartment located on the ground floor:   
\- A living room with: A fitted kitchen, 4 gas burners, oven, fridge freezer compartment. Dishwasher. Microwave. Filter coffee maker and Senseo, toaster, kettle. Washing machine. Kitchenware. Raclette machine, hand blender, electric chopper and waffle maker. A dining area that can accommodate up to 4 people. A lounge area with a 140/190 sofa bed (slatted base with 10cm thick mattress). TV. WIFI.   
\- A bedroom equipped with a 140/190 bed  
\- A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, hair dryer, towel dryer.   
\- An entrance hall   
\- A large terrace with garden furniture, parasol and electric plancha.   
The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and bins), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption.   
Private parking spaces in front of the cottage.
