We needed to book in early and Scott was very accommodating and assisted us as we need to go to a Funeral, being able to book in at midday helped us out a lot very impressed with the service Scott and his staff gave us very much appreciated we will use Broadwater again without any issues

Everything was really great. Only one complaint & that is the very sharp toilet roll holder scraped my daughters hip (& drew blood) as the space is quite tight when trying to open the door. It’s an odd holder, maybe just needs replacing with one that doesn’t stick out from the wall so far & not made of metal.

Would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a great time here. The accommodation was spacious and had most things we needed. Towels for the pool would have been nice and is expected for 4.5 stars. Still craving for the steak I had at the restaurant, it was mighty delicious.
