The apartment is within walking distance to the Lamaha recreational Promenade, as well as supermarkets, gas stations, fast food outlets and restaurants, & the Zoo on the popular Vlissegen Road. 24hrs on site security.

The apartment comes with all modern amenities inclusive of-air-conditioned bedrooms, 24hrs security guard, CCTV surveillance, hot/cold water, washer/dryer, dishwasher, internet & (cable living room tv), free parking and private balcony with outdoor furniture.
