They say they have rooms available and they don't have them ready, I asked for my refund and nothing was returned to me and they never answered the call according to the people at Expedia

Had trouble with our reservation, room wasn't as nice as we expected & paid more than expected, no microwave, you pay for the (complimentary) coffee & mini bottled water etc, tv's were down for a day of our stay, liquids in shower were empty (guessing the hotel went back to small bottles-those were available), sheets were the blankets, no outside view (hotel is having the windows redone & they were all covered)(would have been a good thing to know before booking with the hotel), hotel is pet friendly (we didn't take pets) but found poo outside our door, bar staff weren't very attentive & displaying frustration, cold entrances (recommend indoor heaters), front desk was closed during checkout & kiosks weren't working. Definitely my least favorite hotel stay. Best part were the restaurants & welcoming staff.

Only one elevator works and our window is taped shut by construction work our tv won’t turn on. Not worth the money at all we should have spent the extra money and stayed somewhere else. Never again

Made a reservation at Lady Luck and was told no rooms available and they got me room next door at horseshoe for more money and smaller room. Same owners different hotels. A lot of walking.

We got moved to the Horseshoe hotel which was fine, only complaint was that the AC didn't work so it was pretty toasty. Staff was very nice and room was clean.

It was fine until we carried all our luggage in to check in and then find out our room wasn’t ready….. had to carry everything back to the car and wait an hour before we could get Into our room. Otherwise the gentleman at the front desk was great.

Only one eating area (tacos). Had to walk to Horse shoe casino for other eating areas which was difficult for me due to back problems. No TV available due to weather issues. Unable to get a refund or discount because I went through Expedia for reservation. Restrooms not accessible between Lady Luck and Horseshoe casino.

I tried 3 times to verify with hotel desk that we needed a roll away bed. Everytime my call was ended before answering my request. ✔️ Wouldn't give us one therefore forcing us to get an extra room and separating our group. Early hours...heavy construction on scaffolding immediately outside our window (RM 1216) started and never let up. No manager on site till 2 pm available for me to communicate with. I really feel that I should get compensated for this experience. Would have extra blanket and very odd bathrm doors Help...

We booked a room at LADY LUCK which is UNDER CONSTRUCTION & has their all their windows painted over with PAINT and LOCKED SHUT!!! It was totally claustrophobic!!! Possibly a safety issue if there was a fire??? We had hoped to enjoy the mountains!!! They refused to refund the room fee, but offered to transfer us to their Horseshoe Casino which they own as well. Our room there was beautiful, but the French doors to the outside did not lock! I wouldn’t have felt safe staying there at all, if I was alone! When opening the shower door, the door hits the shower faucet head! Tough to enter & exit without ripping it off the wall! They charged us a resort fee; but they have no pool, no hot tub, no weight room, nothing??? I asked about it at the desk & was told, “we have nothing for this fee!…? POOR CONDITION!!!

The staff were rude and could care less about the guests. The AC did not work in the room. We were told there was nothing they could do about it. The entire hotel was on heat due to the weather. Won’t be staying here again.

The front desk wasn’t open for Lady Luck so we had to walk all the way to another hotel to check in and out. Our room was clean and nice. Very small. And the bathroom smelled of sewage, the toilet didn’t flush properly. They didn’t provide hand soap of any kind. The hotel was extremely warm and the ac didn’t work in our room. They did say they would reimburse us but we are still waiting for our deposit to be returned along with the resort fees. Expedia refunded the room charge. Lady Luck still hasn’t done their part over two weeks later. I feel like our stay would’ve been 5 stars if they had staff at the front desk that could handle our concerns. The fact that we had to walk across the entire casino and to another hotel deterred us from getting a room change so we had to bite the bullet in a sub par room. Likely we wouldn’t stay here again just due to the lack of front desk staff.

Hotel was nice but the drive there was awefull took us three hours to go three miles. Casino was a blast but never any three card poker dealers. Only one option to eat after 11:00 on a Thursday was called 24-7 in the monarch. Need more cocktail waitress.

There was blood all over the walls in our bathroom. We talked to the front desk and they sent housekeeping in to clean it. After house keeping changed our bedsheets (that were also covered in blood) we came back to see the blood all over the bathroom remained! The front desk was extremely apologetic, but the issue was not resolved. I wouldnt recommend staying here. Buck up the extra money to stay somewhere else.

There was so much noise. Drilling, and people arguing at all hours of night 4 different time 1 3 4 and 430 am. Drilling when we got there at 3pm and again at 10 and then 6 am.

Dan at check in ROCKED! Thanks Dan! I don’t love the scaffolding outside the window, glad the window only opens slightly! This Mama Bear doesn’t like that access to the room.
