We were not given the garage code with the house code. Had to call to get in. No instructions on the golf cart. Had to call and get help to operate it. We were told there should have been a packet of information but none provide. It would be very helpful to have a packet of information upon arrival. For example, no information about garbage pick up—do the cans need to be at the street, what days, etc. we really enjoyed our stay, but these things would have helped. The furniture is old wicker and uncomfortable. We rented this house 25 years ago and absolutely nothing has changed. The tvs are so out of date and not big enough. And the worst is your neighbors dog is out every morning barking at 7.30 am. I said something one day to them about it but they were back out there the next day. Some feedback for minor improvement would include: - We didn't know the firepit was not operational and would have liked to know that ahead of time. Is this temporary or permanent? We got a lot of joy out of that last year. - Would suggest providing more soap and toilet paper. For a house that has everything top notch, it seems like a disconnect to have so little of each, as the investment to address is minimal. - Similar comment on dish towels. There seemed to basically be only two-ish dish towels total.
