We waited for 45 mins downstairs just to get the bloody key, which was given by the maid, not the agent. Overall the room is good but the service was terrible. The location is alright but getting in and out of the buiding was a hassle. The entrance to the garage and then into the building was rather convoluted. Even though the unit seemed to be new, it was dusty. The shower did not have a shower door or curtain and we had no top sheets.
