#### good view from the top level and sun rise

overall stay was ok but the tv can't be watched. No instruction manual cause it's install with box tv. Luckily i brought my own box tv set and use it.

just stay yesterday 5-7-2020, the floor was sticky, dusty, me and my daughters nose feel itchy and sneeze for the whole night ,cannot sleep...

#### Best view we ever had.

We stayed in Unit B 23-1 for one week. The unit is on the 46th & 47th. Floor. They view is absolutely breathtaking and made us overlook a lot of the easy fixable shortcomings of the condo. We did complained and the management jumped to try to fix it. It needs a good cleaning job, removal of broken furniture and some basic items like glasses All in all we enjoyed our stay

23階からの景色が最高でした。敷地内にはいろんな国のレストランやスパもあり、便利でした。プールも良かったです。

1.Shower heater was found leaking 2.Door was without security latch 3.Toilet with urinal is just at the nose level when a person seated on the WC 4\. Woke up early in the morning before dawn by external loud speaker sound

1\. 에어비앤비와 같은 형태의 숙박 2\. 체크인 카운터가 있는 것이 아니며 도착하기 전 호스트에게 연락을 하면 열쇠가 있는 위치와 열쇠를 받는 방법 등을 알려줍니다. 저 같은 경우엔 what's app을 통해 연락을 할 수 있었습니다. 3\. 영어가 안된다면 좀 어려울 수 있으므로 추천하지 않습니다. 4\. 주상복합 형태로서 1층에 한식당/일식당/태식당/카페/편의점 등등이 있어 매우 편리합니다. 5\. 도보 5분 거리에 맥도날드도 있습니다. 6\. 도보 10분 거리에 fisher man's wharf라는 호커센터(페낭 스타일 푸드코트)가 있으므로 여기에 숙박하신다면 한번 쯤 이용해 볼 것을 추천해 드립니다. 7\. 숙소 전경이 매우 뛰어납니다만, 층수가 좀 더 높았다면 더 좋았을 것 같습니다.

Very good location and the street is full of restaurants. Good seaview and the apartment is spacious. Comfortable bed. However, the sofas have dirty stains. Shower is not strong. And there are cockroaches in kitchen and bedroom.
