Like, this place is ON the beach. It hasn’t really been updated, but it was very clean and had everything we needed. Good communication. They were very helpful with answering a few questions we had before the trip. Beware, food is very expensive on the island. We took an entire suitcase of snack food down. 50 pounds worth and I’m so glad we did. We only had to buy fresh food and drinks for the condo. Then, we would each dinner out every night. The condo was exactly as described and provided everything we needed for our stay(plenty of towels and beach towels, beach chairs, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, kitchen supplies). We had a beautiful ocean front view of the water. The beach was very quiet and it was never an issue getting a chair. It was nice snorkeling out front and seeing turtles. I loved staying here because it’s in the middle of the island and close to everything. It’s approx. 15-20 minutes from the Seven Mile Beach area and 30 minutes to the East End and Rum Point areas. My wife and I have rented units in the Caribbean for over 30 years of travel on 35 islands...this condo was the best. Out of the bustle of the '7 mile area', yet close enough to do the entire island (with a rental car). The centeal AC was fabtastic. Well equipped, clean and good communication with management. This is the place for self reliant travellers who do not want or need a resort setting. ##### Mark W.
