"We thoroughly enjoyed our week staying here. Even though it rained some the screened in gazebo was perfect. We enjoyed fishing, exploring the trails on the property and the ease of access to the state trails. The lake was beautiful and watching the wildlife and deer walking around the lake in the mornings. It was the relaxing and peaceful escape we needed!"

"This place is amazing for anyone looking to escape and unwind. The only reasons I did not give it 5 stars is the water heater downstairs needed repair and the dirt/rock road . The weather didn’t cooperate I guess it’s always windy. The boat rental place never replied so that was a bummer . The area down by the water is amazing but could use at least a charcoal grill. That is just a suggestion. We caught a lot of fish of the shore and dock. One other suggestion would be cutlery . While there is cutlery it is very dull . I used the sharpener but it didn’t help much . We greatly enjoyed our stay."
