The hotel itself, and the rooms in particular, are very well laid out and kept very clean. "The cleaning was regular every morning. As a motel, there wasn't any cooking facilities and I had to eat all my meals outside, which was not ideal. There was a smell of cigarettes as if someone before me had smoked, and that smell didn't go away for days. The cleaning could have been improved on that front. "

"Charged extra for pet even though it stated no fee for pet. Also they gave me hard time about my 3 lbs mini bichon even thought it’s pet friendly hotel. No lights in the hallway until night time and it’s dim red. Owners are rude, unprofessional and lack customer service. "It was clean and a nice place to stay. The balcony overlooks the ocean but you're on a hill. It was easy to find and everything was available. Going up to the loft can be tricky, so if you're not good at balancing, not a good idea to sleep upstairs. We had a baby and it was easy to carry him upstairs."
