I was concerned that some of the bar stools and kitchen chairs would break while sitting on them due to wear. The outdoor grill did not work, so we couldn’t grill out. The location was perfect if you’re going to Holiday world. The home just needs a good deep clean including washing down the walls. The cabinets need to be washed out. We stayed as our entire family for our trip to Holiday World and used all the rooms and beds. There were linens provided for all beds (except for pillow cases) and plenty of towels for everyone! Just a heads up, if you do plan to come be sure to bring all your own shower supplies as no soaps/hair products were provided. The host was very responsive and it was a very smooth process! Bedding, blankets need to be washed. House needs to be deep cleaned. Surface looks good, but old and worn out. Air conditioner did not really keep house cool, however it was unseasonably hot during our stay. Yard was very nice but had no idea we were sitting on a highway. Saying it sleeps 12 people is very deceiving with trundle beds. You have to climb through the other bed to get out of your bed. Thank goodness our granddaughter is only four, would have been awkward to have an older child hooked to their parents bed. Or it should be advertised as trundle beds and an air mattress. I guess for the price this is what you get in or around Santa Claus, IN. We still had a great time, but would not rent this property again. ##### Jane L. This worked perfectly for our needs. The venue was literally just a few minutes down the road. The owner was responsive, everything was clean and we had plenty of places for people to sleep. The kitchen had pots/pans/dishes for the quick breakfast we made. And my two teenagers were absolutely thrilled to find there was a cat on the property.
