DETAILED DESCRIPTION Spacious 170 sq m apartment in the heart of Genoa, completely renovated and designed by an architect. Ideal for families seeking space, comfort, and privacy, it includes private covered parking for one car — all these features all together are very rarely found in other apartments in the city. Located on the second floor with elevator in a lively and convenient area of ​​Genoa, well-served by everything: restaurants, pizzerias, bars, bakeries, ethnic shops, pharmacies, well-stocked supermarkets (four within 100 meters), and the large "Fiumara Shopping and Entertainment Center" just 750 meters away.
