The apartment is located on the first floor accessible by stairs and opens onto the bright open-space living area with direct access to the balcony and is decorated in shades of white and blue, like a typical seaside house. The sitting room comes with a comfortable sofa and an armchair placed in a semicircle towards a cabinet with a TV. A big dining table in the middle of the room divides the sitting room from the open-plan kitchen fitted with all appliances such as an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: both are fitted with a queen-size bed; one of them also has an ensuite bathroom with shower. An additional bathroom with a bathtub completes the accommodation. Amenities like free wifi, air conditioning in the living room, washing machine and the heating will be at guests’ disposal. \*There are other apartments inside the building. The spirit of Genoa lies in the alleys, where different smells, tastes, languages ​​and cultures perfectly blend in. In the historical center is the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, in Romanesque style with a black and white striped façade and frescoed interiors. Narrow streets lead to monumental squares such as the Piazza de Ferrari, with its characteristic bronze fountain, and the Carlo Felice opera house. The Genoa aquarium, the largest in Europe, is unmissable and iconic.
