Beautiful location with walking distance to the train station, the old port, museum, university, cafes, restaurants and piazza de Ferrari. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Great room for a family of 3
The room was such a perfect size for a family of 3 being a split level with 2 double beds. Everything was very clean and the reception staff helpful with restaurant recommendations and we were able to leave our luggage and the day of check-out to allow a bit more exploring of genoa.

A really lovely stay. Had a complimentary unexpected upgrade at check in which was a great touch! The apartment that i got given was lovely! Full of all the facilities you need and very clean and tidy. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the main station. About 10 mins from the ferry area and 15 mins walk to the old town. The location was fantastic with a few local reaturants a few doors down. Breakfast was really tasty. Nice selection and there was even some gluten free options which is a nice touch. Overall would highly recommend this hotel.

This was a great hotel. It could use a few updates, but it’s in a great location, close to the train station and some great food options. A very short walk to the pier. Everything we did was within walking distance! The staff was super friendly and it felt safe!

The hotel is in a good location close to the station. However, we were given a room right next to the kitchen//pantry. The staff were talking loudly early in the morning which ruined our sleep. Either the hotel should not rent out that room or ask the staff to be mindful of the guests. We were there for 2 nights and it was the same experience.

A stay of convenience became memorable!
We needed to break a longer journey up and decided to stay in Genoa purely because of the train schedule. We could not have been more delighted by the hotel or the city! You can see the hotel as you exit the Genova Centrale train station. It's on a busy, noisy, gritty street but is an oasis of quiet and elegance. Our triple room (we only needed a double but they were all booked) was beautiful! It had a chandelier and mosaic floors and lots of room to unpack and two writing desks and a bidet. It was so comfortable! And the breakfast was fantastic. I should say too that the location is perfect for exploring the old port, if you're able-bodied enough for lots of stairs and alleyways. It's teeming with interesting shops and faces and smells. There are museums close by but check their hours -- only afternoons when we were there, so we missed them. We walked miles, had appetizers and an aperitif at a place for locals (enough delicious food for dinner!), went into a couple of splendid old churches, saw the grand shopping avenue, and kind of fell in love with Genoa.

The hotel was too far from San Remo center. Plus it was a taxi strike so we got stuck in the hotel. We asked to change room because AC not working ,new room was nicer but AC still not working.

Spotless clean comfortable room at a very convenient price. Staff was very accommodating and communicative from moment reservation was made. Top location, within a block from train station and across from the best pizza I've ever had.

Great location just one block from the train station and just steps from the old city. Also just two blocks from the port. The hotel and rooms are sparkling clean, the front staff is very friendly and helpful with information. Hotpot in room with tea and coffee.

Landmarks reachable by foot. Parking is miserable.
Staff really helpful. Good location for traveling to landmarks by foot. Lots of restaurants close by. Room was very small but clean. Train station about 5 min walk. The bad-very noisy in the early morning. Parking is minimal. We had to park at the train station paid parking lot which was $28 euro for 12 hours.

Check in desk people were very helpful .They had discount Tickets for places to go and things to do. Lots of City Buses go by the Hotel .Near the Bus line to go to Airport. Near the Cruise Ship. Can walk to MSC from Hotel 2 Blocks.
