Recently renovated, this apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, in an ideal area to visit the city through the typical Genoese alleys full of shops and restaurants. Stairs reach the apartment and consist of a single very spacious living/bedroom, furnished with a queen size bed, closet, dining table, and kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, and espresso machine. A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer completes the layout. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy. \*A short flight of stairs must be climbed to reach the elevator. \*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parking and enjoying the old town on foot.
