The house is perfect for families and groups of friends: it features three bedrooms, two of which are spacious while one is a little smaller, and comes with a single bed and a pull-out bed. On the left side of the corridor is the kitchen, with a typical Genoese marble sink, and a raised table for breakfast. Next to the kitchen is the first bathroom, equipped with a washing machine, and a storage room. On the right there is the living room, with a spacious L-shaped sofa, TV and dining table. Finally, the two double bedrooms and the second bathroom. . \*The apartment does NOT come with air conditioning. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. Oct 13, 2020 Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy Disliked: Location #### accertatevi che tutto ciò che è scritto sia vero abbiamo chiesto di avere un appartamento per il salone di Genova e ci hanno detto che con 15 minuti di cammino saremmo arrivati. non è stato vero. non ci era stato indicato che la casa non ha doppi vetri e quindi impossibile dormire per il traffico notturno. le pulizie erano scadenti e la cucina ha un minimo di attrezzatura senza poter avere un doppio asciuga-piatti o detersivo per piatti o lavastoviglie all'arrivo. abbiamo richiesto extra pulizie ogni 2 giorni ed è stato come non averle fatte. i pavimenti non sono stati ripassati e neanche la patumiera svuotata . ##### cinzia i.
