The apartment is modern, completely renovated and finely furnished. It is composed of a spacious living room with a fully equipped open space kitchen, a dining table, a TV area and sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, (with single beds that can be joined on request) and two bathrooms. The apartment is located on the second floor of a quite modern building with lift and it is perfect for families, business travellers and groups of friends. \*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy. Genoa, well-known port city and capital of Liguria region, is historically known for its important role in maritime trade over the past centuries. Known as one of the most extensive medieval historical centers in Europe, the heart of Genoa is a maze of alleys that unexpectedly open up into small squares, often related, like the churches overlooking them, to important noble families. The spirit of Genoa lies in the alleys, where different smells, tastes, languages ​​and cultures perfectly blend in. In the historical center is the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, in Romanesque style with a black and white striped façade and frescoed interiors. Narrow streets lead to monumental squares such as the Piazza de Ferrari, with its characteristic bronze fountain, and the Carlo Felice opera house. The Genoa aquarium, the largest in Europe, is unmissable and iconic. The exhibition itinerary shows more than 70 environments and about 12,000 specimens of 600 species, coming from all the seas of the world. Check-in process was not smooth. They don’t give you any cleaning supplies and expect you to bring your own dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent- not practical of you are planning to stay for a few days and traveling internationally- communication was not forthcoming or timely. They are an agency and coordination of check in and check out was not proactive. Pictures are not 100% accurate. You have to be 7ft or higher tall to even hang clothes in the closets. The sheets were not fitted and would come off as soon as you sit on the beds. Cleanliness of comforters was questionable. ##### Ashish M. Séjour de 4 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Karima L. 12 sept. 2021 Points forts : Propreté #### Schöner Aufenthalt Die Wohnung ist schön und ist in einer zentralen, aber in einer sehr ruhigen und gepflegten Gegend gelegen. Hafen und Innenstadt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs, aber auch eine sehr gute Pizzaria und tolle Cafés befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die ligurische Region. Leider gibt es keinen Stellplatz für ein PkW (der reservierte Stellplatz ist offenbar für die Dienstleister des Vermieters reserviert, war aber überwiegend frei ). Öffentliche kostenpflichtige Stellplätze sind jedoch vorhanden. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war Luca, der die Wohnungsübergabe machte und uns mit Tipps aller Art stets behilflich war! Gerne kommen wir wieder! ##### Karima L. Fußläufig sind schon einige gute Restaurants/Cafes/Bars zu erreichen, ebenso die nächste Bushaltestelle. Das nächste Parkhaus ist ebenfalls nur 250m entfernt.
