Best included breakfast we've had so far in a 3 week holiday, really wonderful! Room and location were nice. One real elevator, but that's OK, we are good with stairs. A little tricky to find but good location in Genova. Had a bit of a local meeting as we were coming in. Staff perhaps could have handled the stranglehold/smoking at the door, but otherwise this might be our only complaint.

Great Room-Friendly Staff- not CPAP Friendly
Hotel was very clean, staff friendly, breakfast was great. Only drawback is that there are no outlet on the bed night stands or behind the bed. I like many people have Sleep Apnea and travel with a CPAP machine. I had to run an extenssion cord across the room to the desk to plug in my machine. This is a bit of an inconvenience and major trip hazzard.

Best Best Western
Great hotel in a neat area. Great staff, fantastic breakfast, clean and modern rooms, great wifi. I'll be back for sure.

Super Spot for a city break
Loved our stay - hotel in a great location , staff helpful and friendly - breakfast varied and ample. We didn't eat in the restaurant on the evening but would have given the time - we were unable to get the air conditioning to work and having to operate the TV to find out prices for mini-bar was a slight nuisance (we don't watch TV on holiday) but otherwise no complaints at all.

All great only disappointed about lack of info
All nice and great, close to try center and clean. Room was a bit to small and so sad the gym was closed since that’s why I took the hotel. Understand it’s COVID but needs to be written on booking and not to be found out after. Service great and really nice lunch.

Unfortunately due to the situation with COVID-19 spread all over world, as well as due to the fact that the borders are closed and the flights have been suspended, we could not visit your hotel. We thought that the border would be opened and we would be able to travel to Genoa, but unfortunately it does not work out. We still waiting to return us paid money for Best Western Plus City Hotel.

Excellent hotel - lovely sized room with large bed and good sized bathroom. Excellent breakfast buffet. Only problem was not being able to buy any drinks during the afternoon when the restaurant was closed.

The room was fabulous. Super size and loads of space to relax and unwind in. Cannot fault it for anything except the bathroom. The facilities were again great in there but as a larger person there was simply no way I could fit through the narrow gap in the door to get in the shower. Perhaps a tight squeeze at best but it wasn’t worth the risk of getting stuck. Aside from that flaw it was perfect.

It is in a really good location. We only had one full day and some of the sights are with in walking distance (Garibaldi Street, Teatro, shopping). And it is with in 5 minutes of a metro station.

The overall experience was good, cleanliness and lighting in the room was also good. The hotel is making great effort towards helping the environment. What would be better is if the toiletries and vanity products were wrapped in environmentally friendly packaging. Also i dont understand why the hotel does not provide mousturisers? I asked they said they didn't have but no reason for not providing moisturisers to guests. I also do not like the lack of a good view from my first floor room window, the hotel was smack bang in the middle of 2 buildings

If we go back to Genova, we would stay there again
Good hotel in a great location. We liked everything about the hotel, it was clean, the people were extremely helpful and it has an excellent restaurant downstairs. I think it is called PEscolino, we ate there twice, a Michelin star restaurant with down the earth prices. Location was good, the streets were clean and we felt safe.

great location - have stayed here many times - stones throw from piazza de ferrari - the iconic square in genova. nice staff - but some issues with the wifi and the lifts - if you don't do stairs beware - the lifts don't always work !

Great stay overall. Just a note to anyone driving. You will need to prearrange parking if you wish to use their valet service. Otherwise there is a parking garage nearby

It's a very clean hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are spacious. The restaurant downstairs is great. The hotel is within walking distance to all touristic areas.

We spent a few nights last year as we have this year before and after a cruise. Staff on reception and breakfast time couldn't do enough, great to see the same staff still there ,definately will stop again. A small problem arose when our hairdryer stopped working and they didn't have a replacement!! They did allow us 5 minutes in a room that was vacant but occupant was due later that evening.

The lady receptionist on 27th of May early afternoon who met us was wrong but she would not budge. We had paid for Bed and Breakfast but she insisted that we had not and charged us extra for breakfast. It was very hot in Genova and when we asked if they could turn the air conditioner on they refused saying it could only be done 1st of June. We were asking on the 28th May. Again they would not budge. We asked if we could have a fan? They said no. We asked for feather pillows for both of us. They only gave us for one person saying there were no others - what in the entire hotel?

Good hotel but need sound proofing!
Nice hotel, very modern and comfortable. Only downside is that the room was very noisy, could hear people going and coming as well as talking outside. Probably due to being close to the lifts in a single room.
