Its central location makes it easy to explore local sights, restaurants, and shops. The 70 m² apartment accommodates up to 6 people and features 2 cozy bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, stove, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and all necessary utensils. A small seating area invites you to linger. The living room offers a flat-screen TV, a large corner sofa with pull-out bed (1.40 m), games and books. Internet-enabled TVs with Roku sticks allow access to streaming services. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. The buiding is a listed building and is in the most picturesque lane of Gengenbach. The house has 3 flats, two of them are holliday apartments. The main entrance is at a place called " Mercyscher Hof" at easy reach.The apartment "Turmblick" has 67qm and a beautiful view to the very attractive towers of Gengenbach, the "Niggelturm" and the lane "Engelgasse". The flat is in the 1\. floor, has a balcony, partly covered and a panoramic sight over the "Mercyschen Hof".The house has been carefully renovated and restaured. An underground parking is available in 100m reach. Towels and bed linnen are included. Regional cuisine and regional products can be found right outside the front door.
